NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or RETURNS - Our products are custom made for you and cannot be resold. We will of course honour all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Damaged goods must be reported within two business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order.
To use a Trademark or Copyright image, you must obtain a release to use such works. Submit this release to us in writing which allows you to use such materials OR you may have the owner of the Trademark or Copyrighted image contact us directly.
However: In all cases you indemnify Bizstuff against all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, due to uses for which no release was requested in writing or for uses which exceed the authority granted by such a release. Any of our design services you contract through us must be paid for in full before we will start your job. In the event of a cancellation, ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork created through us shall be retained by Bizstuff. Any of your original artwork will be returned to you. There are no refunds for design services contracted though us. Bizstuff will not return any artwork files. Cost will be an additional $50 to $125 plus GST if you wish to have a copy of the art files, suitable for manipulation in high quality print reproduction, sent to you on CD. We will not sell your design ideas, graphics or logos to others. We handle your original art with the utmost care possible. However we assume no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage of any original artwork or electronic files, or any direct or consequential loss as a result of that loss or damage.
